The YW is working towards achieving barrier free accessibility for persons with disabilities who access services, work at, and visit the YW. Our guiding document is our AODA Accessibility Policy, which states our commitment to addressing barriers that persons with disabilities face in the areas of customer service, information and communications, employment and transportation.

Accessibility planning is a shared responsibility, coordinated by our Human Resources Department at 153 Frederick St., Kitchener, ON, N2H 2M2.

We are working on preventing, identifying, and removing barriers in all aspects of our operations.
