We provide coaching, guidance, and help build self-confidence. Our programs help local women find their next opportunity and remove barriers to economic security.
We act as a partner and caregiver for families in Waterloo Region, providing quality childcare for children from 6 months to 12 years of age. Our early childhood educators foster a safe place for children to learn through play and social connection.
We work with girls, trans, non-binary and Two-Spirit youth to help them to feel like they belong and help them create stronger connections to their community and each other. Our programs are a safe space to explore self-image, wellness and self-care while encouraging creativity and fun.
As one of the largest, long-standing charities in Waterloo Region, the YW takes a leadership role in supporting the work of small and start-up not-for-profits whose work aligns with ours.
