Packed with Love

“Packed with Love” was created for a few different reasons… says organizer; Hailee Crump of Owlet Designs.

“The biggest reason I am doing this, by far, is for my three daughters. I want them to grow up and know two things; work hard for what you want and give back.”

Hailee’s plan is to collect fully stocked and pre-packed backpack’s for children in the YW Programs who need them most.

When we asked Hailee what motivated her to create this fundraiser for the YW, she said: ” I decided to donate to the YW because I am a mother, woman, and am raising tiny women. I want to empower them, and make them feel unstoppable. I love the YW’s vision and believe it aligns very closely to my beliefs and values”.

Packed with Love has a collection of local businesses who will be sponsoring the fundraiser and are more then excited to help get these backpacks packed. Two of the sponsors include: Fabulace cookies, and MW Photographix. Organizer Hailee’s daughters are excited to help and her family is on stand by if it gets as big as she hopes.

“Giving back to the community is such a beautiful thing and by showing them (my three daughters) this when they are young will help them grow into beautiful, strong women.”

Crump explains that : ” This is a very exciting project for me, I have never done a fundraiser before so it is exciting and terrifying at the same time. My heart is in this and I hope others will see this and connect to this cause. Seeing a child smile is literally the best thing in this world. I want to make at least 50 children smile, but I can’t do it alone. I am asking that the community pulls together to make this a reality, from parent to parent, Woman to woman, friend to friend. A little goes a long way. No donation is too small, and every donation will be appreciated more then you know. Thank you to all that will join in from the bottom of my heart, thank you!”
